Rock Shox Boxer rc 26 welches Oil sollte man dort einfüllen

Ich hab nen yt Industrie bike und wollte neulich ne Feder austauschen. Ich hab das bike noch nicht so lange und wollte mal fragen ob wer weis was man da so reintuen sollte (was für Oil und von welcher Marke) ?
