Hi, i'm Ivan Clemente Cabrera, i'm the owner of a distribution company in Italy, we work with many cool brands like spank bikes, transition bikes, straitline etcc etcc
I hope everithing is cool in germany... heres is our litle history
We work a litle bit with fusion, the result is, some stuf never recieved but payed!!!!!
plus one broken frame send in warranty and then just dissapear
month after month the answer is always the same... "Gabrilel is not here"
"I think Gabriel can see your phone number try to hide it" (why i shuld hide myself to have back my money?)etcc etcc
Guys we are talking about almost 2 years for the stuf payed and never received and 5 month for the broken frame...
What shocked us, is the uncaring attitude of their buisness, they treat my and my guys like a bunch of stupid
Now this is just to tell you our story... i hope this is not the "german standard tratement"

p.s. i was forgheting, the bikes ride really good.... i'm sorry for that cose the bikes are nice pieces of ingegnery ;-)
