[Help] Rebuilding Hügi Compact

Hi there! I got a Hügi Compact made by Union early 90's (yeah that loudest sound) but I have problem with rebuilding hub (need some grease on star ratchet mechanism). Freehub body doesn't move. That tolerance between axle and ring sealed bearings is too low. At this time hub spin is really smooth, bearings are ok but sound is too loud (maybe little bit grease or nothin'). What I should do right now?

You have to clean and put fesh grease inside the freewheel mech at least once a year. But you can not use regular grease or else the star rachet will tend to slip and will wear very fast. There is a special lube you can buy or you can mix lube with oil to get a "not yet dripping" consistency mix. Just lube it too thick.
To disassemble the hub you need to pull off the axle cap, then the cassette including the freehub body. It should come apart without the use of tools. But if it hasn't been done in a while, it might be quite stuck and stubborn. I find it especially hard to remove the freewheel body when the cassette is not mounted. So mount the cassette then try to wedge it off with some plastic or wooden piece while leveraging against the spokes.
The axle cap might be stubborn also. Persuade by turning it with some sort of plieres while holding the axle ob the other side of the hub.

UPD: I'll try it but It have no chance to disassembly.

Also I contacted with Whizz-Wheels what they said: - "you don't have any realistic chance to service this rear hub because the axle and the rotor body have a special pressfit with very small
tolerances unlike the newer Marwi ones, or DT Swiss Hügi hubs...you have ride this hub until the hub is 'dead'
for your information"
