Hello,

Firstly please let me apologize for writing in English, I hope you don’t mind.

I have a few questions regarding the brand Iridium that comes with some Canyon models. I have tried to find more info on this brand without success. My guess is this is a brand owned by Canyon and that they stick their labels on OEM products? Is there a homepage out there somewhere?

Does anyone know anything about the “Iridium Ultimate” line, in particular the wheelhub? Is it any good?

I was also wondering about the grey colour on the Nerve ESX6. Looking at the canyon homepage there is hardly any difference between the black bikes and this “grey” one. How grey is it really? Could someone maybe point me towards some more comparative pictures?

With Kind Regards,

Aron

Hi,

for pictures look in "Die große Canyon-gallerie" on top of the forum

Iridium are Standard Taiwan Parts labelled by canyon (like most of available bikeparts)
I have Iridium wheels, the rims (Iridium Freeride HC) are very good , a bit heavy but who cares!? und the hubs do not make problems either - but I don't know if I have the Ultimate version or some different ones

Your not the only one who doesn't succed in finding any info - maybe you will on biketaiwan.com

you woun't find any pictures of the ESX6 in the gallery. but i have one for you.

I've got a Iridium Freeride Wheelset, which turned out to be quite good. All spokes still have tension and the rims aren't damaged at all, although I use the bike quite roughly...
