Offset bushings to slacken Torque?

Would these offset bushings work on a Torque Rockzone??

Would like to slacken mine a little [-1.5 degrees] as don't use it for riding up hills.

I tried something similar long time ago on my old Ventana and it didn´t work in my case, because the bushings started turning around.
Maybe it will work - give it a try.
I thought the Rockzone has the Van180 and the angle would be slack enough???

Rockzone is 65.7 deg head angle. Although my iphone angle finders reckons it's a little slacker than that.

Just be interested to see if it made much difference and not a massive cost.
