Seoul Z-LED P4 auf Star-Platine

Hallo,

Hab mal eine Frage:

Ich möchte die Seoul Z-LED P4 auf Star-Platine oder eine Cree XR-E 7090 Q5 mit Platine direkt auf einen Kühlkörper kleben. Ist/sind die "Rückseiten" der Platinen Stromfrei - oder ist eine Isolierung durch den Wärmeleitkleber ausreichend?

Hi, yes, the back of the stars don't have polarity, only on the top of the stars ,on the electric contacts. You need additional heat sink for this leds, only with the stars don't are enough.
