Where to rent a bike in Bern?

My Deutch is very poor so I'll write to you in English instead. I hope you don't mind...

I'm visiting Switzerland for a few days next week and I just want to ask you if I can rent a fairly good bike somewhere in Bern. Either racer or MTB is ok. I hope you can help me out since its very hard to find any info on the net.

You can get your bike directly at the railway station. If you want, you can bring back the bike to another station, so you haven't to ride back

I'm going tho England this october and I don't know how is it the get a bike there. (I think easy)

Sorry, I'm from Sweden, so i can't help you to find a bike in England.

Thanks for all the help. I found a nice GT I-drive 0.0 which will give me much joy and pleasure during my stay in Switzerland.
