Hy scapin,
very good job jou ´ve done, especially the cable adjuster screws.
That must have been rather difficult, but excellent solved.
Can you tell some more about that, please?

PS.: i would also propose to polish the unit to remove the fine scratches

Nothing special, only pierce M5 ergal bolt with a woodturning.
For the scratches, I'm bored and I don't feel like polish them now...

These ones are the first tuned Shimano shifters I would call beautyful!
You did really a great job!

But there is one thing: Either the inner hole of the adjusting screw is too wide or the outer diameter of the screwhead is to small. The head of the screw seams to have a very sharpe edge, hasn´t it?

I like the design of pure aluminium with the blue screws!

The M5 adjusting screw has a very small head and so it is just appropriate for his function...

By the way: I like this kind of silver. Black and blue could bei too dark at all.

it doesnt make a big difference to a domestic packet.
even the costs are just about 5 EUR

No no, send backward and forward from Italy to Germany is too boring and then in Italy delivery costs from 9 to 13 euro...

Supertolle Arbeit, vor allem die abgerundeten Kanten und die matte Oberfläche gefallen mir sehr.

Ich weiss, dass ich jetzt mit dieser Frage hier etwas anecken werde und sie auch nichts mit bearbeiteten XT Hebeln zu tun hat, aber warum versuchen alle ihr bestes Englisch auszuwalzen?
