Hello, this may be a bit off-topic, but I thought someone here might be able to help.
I bought a Fox 36 and a Fox Float x2 less than two weeks ago on hibike.de.
I made the purchase as a guest and didn't receive any order confirmation after ordering. They did, however, debit about €460 from my account.
I've contacted the store three times, but no one's responded. I currently don't have an order confirmation, and the store isn't answering my questions.
Is this how this store works and I should be patient, or should I respond in some other way?
I haven't called them because I don't speak German.
I should add that I'm from Poland.

From my point of view, Hibike is a complete disaster. Not only is the user interface and communication a mess, but their attitude towards the customer is a joke.
In my case, the order confirmation arrived after 1–2 days, but few days later I received a cancellation for both orders I had placed. The day after that, the products were listed again, and I was left with €15 in refund fees charged by my bank. No explanation or response from them.
By comparison, I’ve placed over 50 orders with RCZ over the years, and not a single one has ever been cancelled on their end. I always get a quick response within hours.
