So das Enduro Magazin hat das E-LTD nun auch im großen Vergleichstest 2025 drin (aktuell aber nur in der App Ausgabe).

Fazit ist ähnlich wie schon bei Pinkbike:

Bergauf - eher Mittel zum Zweck, aber mit CS durchaus brauchbar
Bergab - schluckfreudig, laufruhig und trotzdem agil mit massiven Reserven und Bock auf Speed

Klingt für mich super ... Jetz fehlt nur noch das mein Händler endlich das Testbike bekommt und es am Schöckl bei Graz noch länger so schön und trocken bleibt.

Wenn das so weiter geht mit dem Wetter ... bleibt es wohl auch so.

Ich hoffe auch, dass ich als bald das Bike mal habe und aktuell ist bei mir auch nur der Schöckl da um es denn dann mal zu fahren...

Mir is tatsächlich erst dank dem Mangel an Testmöglichkeiten aufgefallen, das am Schöckl Ganzjahres Bikebetrieb is und er vor allem auch noch richtig schöne Strecken zu testen hat ...von dem her hat es sogar sein Gutes das es sich so verzögert. Auch wenn es für mich 4h einfache Fahrt sind

Das Rallon in der Enduro-Version ist Pinkbike Mountain Bike of the Year.

Coming up with negatives for the long-term review left me scratching my head; the suspension is composed, the balance is in order, and the construction is very tidy. The Rallon EN is a brutally fast descender that can still climb, traverse, and play well outside the normal confinements of what we think a long-travel bike is built for.

Sure, for a lot of riders or regions, 170mm is overkill. However, the Rallon EN is part of a dying breed: the do-it-all, long-travel bike. Maybe it’s a bit of personal nostalgia that brings me back to my old freeride ways when downhill bikes were horrible to pedal, and XC bikes fell apart if you looked at them the wrong way.

Whatever the case may be, it’s the wide scope of trails that the Orbea Rallon EN can handle, as well as its cleanly executed, modular design, that lead us to crown it as the 2025 Pinkbike Mountain Bike of the Year.
