Gibts da eine Hobbyklasse. Kann man da auch als deutscher mitmachen?

Nein und ja:

I saw an answer to the pressrelease on the website if it is a hobby class
and if German riders may also join.

I can tell you that each rider is riding in the same class, we only make a
difference between men to 15 years old, women and men from 15 years and
older.

We will be member of the Dutch Cycling organisation (KNWU - www.knwu.nl).
This means that every rider with a dutch cycling license is automatically
insured for the races. Every other rider will get a day license.

It would be great if there will be many German riders coming to our races.

[Bikepark Gronin]

- Saturday april 28th: 12.00 pm: Kona Testday, free testride of great Kona Bikes, bring your ID card and helmet and if you got some, extra protection and pedals. The Kona testday will be until 18.00 pm. There will be a crosscountry track on the hill but also the fourcrosstrack will be part of the testtrack.
- Saturday april 28th. Enough time to do some training runs on the track but keep in mind that the CREW might be busy with building up some tents and shaping some parts of the track and that there is an Testday going on.
- Sunday april 29th: Training from 10-12 am, riders can enter for the race from 9.30 in the morning. Qualifications start from 12.30 pm. Each rider will ride 3 qualification laps. Depending on the amount of riders there will be 64 or 32 race. The 64 riders with the most points after the qualifications will go to the heats. Finals will be around 17.00 / 17.30 pm. Price awards ceremony will be held on 18.00 pm.
- Riders that want to come to Bikepark Groningen for the whole weekend can stay in there campcars on the foot of the hill on the parking. There is a special parking place for campcars.
- Camping in tents is NOT allowed, please search for local Tourist Information and/or campsites on the internet for campsites in and around Groningen. There are enough campsites, hotels and motels in and around Groningen.
- On Saturday, after the Kona testday, there will be enough time to do some practice runs on the track. Afterwards, many people from our crew will spend the night at the track to guard the terrain.

I hope this is more then enough information. Bikepark Groningen is found on the eastern ringroad of Groningen, exit Kardinge. For routeplanner and Tom Tom users search for Garsthuizermaar (this is the streetname) and Groningen (city).

Great to hear you will be at the next races on june 17th and august 26th (final race). It would be nice if you could bring more German fourcrossers to Groningen then the first race. So just start promoting our races all over Germany and we will have a fun time over here, just like last weekend.
