schau dich mal bei unseren englischen freunden um. die finden ihre eigenprodukte meist gut und testen sie auch. dei letzte gabeltest, den ich in der singletrack gelesen habe, liegt 2 1/2 jahre zurück. dabei kam die pace rc40 recht gut weg. ich zitiere mal kurz drei passagen:
"the coil sprung fork can be adjusted from 100mmm to 130mm and the spring length changes as you do it, so shorter travel doen't mean higher preload on the spring."
"The other big feature of this fork is the Launch Control Lockout. This is an incredibly simple push-button cap that stops the fork rebounding and so locks it down for climbing - when it then hits a sharp bump the cap pops out again and the fork works again - like an automatic lockout."
"In use, the fork gave smooth sprung travel almost out of the box; surefooted and fun to ride, ... We found the lockout worked well most of the time, but it wasn't always as on/off as we expected. We also found the hard spring way too hard for anyone under 17 stone and the soft spring is too light for 12 stone riders."

kurz gesagt, tolle gabel, rel. schnell eingestellt, spricht gut an, gewicht bei ca. 1800 g, aber federrate problematisch, lockout super, wenn er 100%ig arbeitet. wie halt das meiste, das von der insel kommt. wirklich prima, es muss nur funktionieren.
ansonsten mal die britischen mtb magazine (mbuk, whatmtb) online durchforsten.
