Liteville 301 mk3 rocker arms bearing

Hello everyone,

I have a liteville 301 mk3. It’s pretty old but I still like it a lot. I have a little problem, the central axle from the rocker arms (“wippen lager”) has worn out. Now I have a bit of play in this section. Does anyone know how to fix this? Or where I can buy this. I’ve send an e email to syntace and liteville but they are not responding. Please find attachment!
