Glued the 3 leds to the aluminium tube (I have used 2 Cree Q5 and 1 Cree P4, I know that have was better use R2 leds, but was that I had :D )

I make holes in the square tube and I have soldered the cables...

Now I have solder the cables to the swich, drivers and power conection, I have used 3 drivers to can use a battery of only 7,4 volts :)

hey, nice light! :daumen:

Very easy to build - so perfect for anyone who want to build a diy light!!

I'm looking forward to see the beamshots!!

This looks even more terrible than my homemade 3-SSC-P4 . But it doesn´t matter . At night nobody can see if it is lowbudget and lowtime handmade or sinful expensiv ( I have forgotten the name of the manufactor ) .

Whitedog, Minutentourer Thanks to both for the comments, really it is easy of do. I know that the finished don't are goods...but the light are very functional, that was it that I wanted :)

Hey msxtr,

well done !

I would like to translate "manguera termoretractil" as soon as I understand the meaning of it :)

One questions and one suggestion in regard to your PVC tubing though:

Question: What kind of tubing did you use ?
Is this some sort of cable tubing ?
I mean typical electrical tubing ?

In general a pipe cuter helps a lot to do straight cut. Have a look here:

Or typically to cut anything up to 2.5 inch:

Cheers,
