proceed FST - Wahl der Komponenten

Dt haben doch im Dämpferauge Kugellager, wenn ich mich nocht irre. Die sind, ausser für's Pro, nicht geeignet, da die Dämpfer im FST mit für die Seitensteifigkeit sorgen!

is anybody here running proceed fst frame with an iscg 05 chain guide with adapter? what's the set up for the adapter and the chain guide?
i am trying to run an iscg 05 adapter.

@hansgregorius: In my opinion there is not enough space for ISCG5. I think is better you try a BB chain guide. The Blackspire Stinger is a good option!

thanks for your answer. but unfortunately i already have a iscg 05 adapter and the chainguide . what is the width of the proceed fst bb? i measure it manually and it says 71 mm is that correct?

At first please exuse my bad english, sometimes i don´t find the right words!
Hollowtech 2 with one Spacer on the right side, may be 71mm i think so. But adapter + chainguide + srews -> in conficts with the front chain wheel, i think. If you drive 1x9 or 1x10 without the little chainring, it will work.

Yeah im running single chainring thats why im a little bit scared if i use blackspire stinger.
If i use adapter chainguide screws with 2 spacers in the drive side will it be a problem?

With bash or without? The blackspire stinger works with one and two chainweels. when you use hollowtech 2 or Truvativ isis (for hussefelt or holzfeller) the adapter takes place instead the one spacer. then there is engough space, i think (hope). when not, then take the one spacer bitween the adapter and bearing. you have to try it yourself...

Mal noch was an alle Proceed-jünger: Hab einen Manitou x4 coil SPV daliegen, incl. 750er Manitou Feder und passenden Buchsen für Trail, Pro, Light! Falls jemand Interesse hat-> PM! Hat Gebrauchspuren, funktioniert aber sehr gut, Buchsen und Gleitlager sind neu!

I've succeeded to put a iscg 05 chainguide in my proceed fst rahmen.
But i have to modified the adapter a little bit.
I will post the photos here later.

Aufgrund von Diebstahl meines normalen MTB muss das Proceed gehen. Damit ich mir was leichteres als Alltagsbike kaufen kann.
Procced FST LIght, Größe ML, 2 kleine Dellen am Rahmen, ansonsten in guten Zustand.

When, use a 200/57mm! It works. I've tried it...

ich trenne mich von meinem Rahmen. Die Dämpferaufnahme am Hinterbau hat in den Löcher für den längeren Federweg einen Riss. Darum verkaufe ich ihn als Teilespender inkl. Pearl 3.3.

ich weiß nicht ob irgendwer noch aktiv ist in diesem Thread, da der letzte Beitrag ja schon mehr als 3 Jahre zurückliegt. Trotzdem würde ich gerne wissen, ob ich 650b Laufräder in einen Proceed FST Light Rahmen in Größe M bauen kann. Über Sinn und Unsinn lässt sich natürlich streiten, mich würde einfach interessieren ob das schonmal jemand probiert hat und ob es funktioniert, also der Reifen bei voller Ausreizung des Federwegs nicht gegen das Sitzrohr schlägt.

Würde das schaltauge auch für das 2016 er passen ?
Meins ist kaputt gegangen und finde kein ersatzteil .
