Rahmenprobleme Scor

Hallo zusammen,
ich habe ein Scor 4060Z LT im November 2024 gekauft und schon ist mein Hinterbau angerissen.
Gibt es hier jemanden, der das gleiche Problem hat?
Ich kenne bereits einen weiteren Fall, bei welchem der Hinterbau an der exakt gleichen Stelle gerissen ist.

Hier ein Bild davon.
Fahre Freiburger Trails und hatte bisher nur ein mal einen bikepark Besuch damit auf roten Strecken.
Bin eigentlich total zufrieden damit.

Ich habe zwar kein Scor, kann aber aus erster Hand berichten, das mein Bike-Kumpel nach 1 Hinterbau wechseln, 2 neuen Rahmen und jetzt 3 wieder Schaden an der gleichen Stelle Rücknahme und Kaufpreiserstattung kein Scor mehr hat. Alle sind/waren anderen der gleichen Stelle beschädigt wie im Bild oben.

bei mir ist tatsächlich der Hinterbau an der exakt gleichen Stelle auch gerissen, nach gerade mal 2 Monaten fahren.
Wie bist du damit umgegangen wenn ich fragen darf?

Das ist wirklich sehr schade, dass es echt ein Problem ist. Ich bin einmal bikepark gefahren und hometrails sowie die Trails in Freiburg.
Bin nicht der über Fahrer und bin normal gefahren würde ich behaupten

Ja scheint so..
ich war mir ehrlich gesagt nicht sicher ob das nur ein Lackschaden ist oder wirklich das Carbon beschädigt ist (der „Klopftest“ ist unauffällig bei mir)
Ok, so geh ich damit eben auch um, wirklich keine wilden Sachen.
Aber was ich eigentlich meinte: hasts du das bei Scor gemeldet/austauschen lassen oder fährst du weiterhin damit?

Geh am besten zu deinem Händler wo du es gekauft hast. Mir wurde der Hinterbau innerhalb von 2 Wochen auf Garantie getauscht.
Ist nur schade das man im Hinterkopf hat dass es wieder passieren kann.

Ich bin fahr technisch mehr als zufrieden. Habe jetzt erst noch auf Coil umgebaut, was auf dem bike super funktioniert. Das bike fühlt sich dadurch nochmal ein Stück besser an!

I'm located in the US and SCOR is NOT a popular or common brand here... from what I understand their actually pulling out, leaving, the US market. I'm having the same issue with a SCOR 4060z LT NX build purchased a couple weeks ago. Only ridden it 6 times and there's cracking on the rear triangle, both sides.

Doing some research, it doesn't seem an isolated issue for the 4060z model (eMTB). The 2030 and 4060 (regular, non-eMTB) models don't seem to have this issue. The rear triangle is a slightly different on the 4060z design (linkage attachment) to accommodate the motor.

Looking at a Facebook user's group... this is quite common complaint, some owners reporting issues with replacement triangles as well. One user has reported being on his 5th triangle.

2x gefahren das Rad und schon gebrochen. Wie soll das weiter gehen? Marke pausiert? Wird das dann über die nächsten 5 Jahre über BMC abgehandelt. Scheint ja doch so zu sein, dass sehr viele Z brechen.
Oder 3 x reklamieren und Wandlung, aber dann braucht es ja wieder eine Alternative.

Or complain three times and get a refund, but then you need an alternative again.

OMG... were doomed.

AFAIK SCOR operations are on hold or paused at the moment. A minimum staff (fired and/or absorbed by BMC), doing the bare minimum for the brand. I wouldn't expect them to spend time/money on development of new products OR engineering work to redesign "fix" issues. BMC says their committed to "supporting" SCOR, but I think that only means in terms of remaining inventory, spares and some tech help.

Are they going to make more spares, or parts? From an email I sent SCOR, BMC worded it, " Yes, we will continue to support the SCOR brand for the foreseeable future or until any warranty supply is depleted. Currently we have a decent amount of support parts available. "

Doesn't sound like their committed to spending money on more spares or warranty IF supplies run out before business resumes (big if).

I've submitted a warranty for my SCOR with the shop I purchased it from. According to them, SCOR/BMC only has 1 person handling warranties... been a week so far since they submitted the claim into SCOR's warranty portal. No word yet.

Also aktuell ist der Hinterbau bei mir noch Heile, allerdings wird sich nun in der Offseason zeigen, ob er hält oder nicht. Die Aussage in der Werkstatt war, dass nichts bekannt ist darüber, dass Scor hier in Zukunft keine Ersatzteile mehr liefern könnte. Ich persönlich glaube aber, dass es so wie es auch hier jetzt im Forum zu sehen ist, ein generelles Problem an genau dieser Stelle ist. Es kann kein Zufall sein würde ich behaupten. Wäre schön zu hören, wie es bei euch weiter geht. Mein Vertrauen ist leider gebrochen, obwohl ich mich auf dem Bike sehr wohl fühle.
