Sorry, no offense. Problem is, we are not really helpful. In terms of getting the refund faster. Complaining at some official authority also won't bring your money i guess.

As someone said already, sometimes it's slower, sometimes it's faster. But sooner or later, everybody get's their money, no case known where money got lost.

Dude, the translation of your first post was so incredibly bad, you can't understand anything from it. Nothing.
It's all about fish.
Please check your translator or write proper names in capital letters, then maybe it will work.
In addition, there have been members here for months complaining about how things are going at RCZ. 99% of the people here know what they are getting into when they order from the shop...

Vmtl nichts neues, aber vllt interessiert es ja noch wen:
R5 bestellt Ende Januar ist gestern angekommen. Tadellos in OVP mit unbeschädigtem Karton drum herum verpackt (DPD hier anscheinend besser drauf als anderswo). Gewicht bei 755+877=1632g inkl tape, ohne Ventile oder sonst was. Ob noch Zubehör unten im Karton ist hab ich noch nicht gecheckt. Laufräder sind schick, Aufkleber nicht, wirkt aber so als könnte man die easy entfernen können. Der novatec Aufkleber darf vielleicht bleiben. Räder wirken steif in der Hand, Naben laufen super, Freilauf hört sich gut an, nicht zu leise, nicht zu laut. Wirkt alles in allem grundsolide ohne wirklich aufregend oder besonders zu sein.

meine vermutung ist dass auch RCZ die Ware zeitnah beim Zulieferer bezahlt.
Je nach Liquidität gibts das Geld dann vom Zulieferer zurück (und dann von RCZ an den Endkunden.)

ich warte auf meine xx1 schaltwerk und kasetten rückzahlung nun schon fast ein viertel jahr.
auf keine meiner e-mails habe ich eine antwort erhalten. nicht mal eine automatisierte oder so. einfach nichts. jetzt bin ich hier im forum und habe somit die erkenntnis, dass ich damit nicht allein bin.

wäre ich hier nicht aktiv und einfach so auf den shop gestoßen wäre ich mir mittlerweile sicher, dass ich übers ohr gezogen wurde. RCZ schnäppchen schön und recht.
das verhalten was die rückzahlungen angeht, kann ich in letzter zeit nicht mehr gut heißen und ist aus meiner sicht auch klare abzocke…

Wie lange dauert es, um eine Übertragung durchzuführen? Der DJ des Hechts wurde geliefert, so dass das Geld meines stornierten Hechts auch den RCZ -Monaten Augale verweigert wurde. Ich habe in den letzten 10 Jahren seit langem Kunde mit +50 Bestellungen gewesen, aber das ist inakzeptabel und auch illegal.
