unfortunately i habe a problem whit my tesla evo hub, whitch i ordered at
Order #

One Teeth from the Freehub broke out and blocked the Freehub today. After
carrying my bike home, and disassemble the hub, i found the failure.
I hope this is a case for your warrity and you can send me a new one. If i
want some pictures of the broken freehub, email me!
And if i get a new one, i would be happy to have the steel version, because
my cassette is eating the alloy freehub, that would be great

And
something else, i´m very happy whit your parts and when you sending my the
nwe freehub, i would buy some mere stuff, that you can send all together.

Hello, we are sorry to hear you are having a problem with your hub, the kind
of problems you are describing are unusual for a hub of this age. We would
like to request that you return the item for inspection under our two year
warranty. We would not recommend ordering a new free hub or pawls set as
this may not solve your problem and would incur unnecessary costs. We would
like to inspect the wheel and conduct a proper investigation and offer the
correct solution first time to solve any of your issues.
If you have ordered a wheel set with the hub in from us please return the
complete rear wheel. If you have only purchased the hub please only return
the rear hub.

Ok, i understand your issues, but i will only send you the complete rear wheel, even i only bought the hub from you, because i payed money for the assembly. I just ride enduro with the wheels and at normal use the hub quit, so it has to be warranty. If i only send you the hub, i have to pay for the new assembly by myselfe and i´m not willing to pay for this, because your hub is broken! So, how can we slove that?

I told you, that i will send you the complete wheel, in whitch the hub is assembled. And you will do the new assembling, if necessary. How do you think about that?
I mean i have Mag Pedals and a complete wheelset from you and now i have a probleme with one of your products, if you cant help me i swicht the brand, a hope pro2evo is not realy more expensive than a tesla evo! Sad but i hope that your good prices are not the result of bad costumer service!

Hello, I'm sorry to say that we cannot offer to rebuild the wheel if the complete wheel is returned to us. As you have only purchased the hub the hub is the only item we can offer to warranty.

Danach hatte ich die Schnauze voll, hab mir auf eigene Kosten nen neuen Freilauf bestellt und werde den ganzen Laufradsatz verkaufen!
