my FRX has some loose on trackflip

hi,my frx dropzone 2013 has some loose on trackflip ,even i tighten up all the screw.
this is the video and i have sent it to canyon,but they give me a stupid suggestion.

have you ever thought about buying a bike in your local bike-shop?
You have had so many technical questions so far, that I would sugest NOT to buy a bike via internet.
It seems you are not really familiar with DIY regarding bikes.
So why did you buy via internet?
AND:
Why dou you even show this eMail. This is something confidential.
Not because of the suggestion, but because of privacy protection to the one you are talking to at Canyon.

Why do you think this is a stupid suggestion?
Did you try to do as suggested?
If its useles, why would Canyon suggest to do it?
Did you ever think about production tolerance?
Imho there are 5 parts that are bolted together just to hold the lower shockmount: left and right rockerarm, left and right Trackflip, shockmount.
Even if the spacer of the shock is just a tenth of a millimeter too wide, the result is play in the trackflip, I guess, because it can not sit tight in the Rockerarm anymore.

So please...:

Try as suggested. If this doesn't work, you are very welcome to come back here and ask again what could be done, AFTER you talked to canyon beforehand!

Hello fk3chung,

as correctly suggested from our collegue here at Canyon, it is necessary to grind down the inside Surface (where it contacts with the shock) of each Trackflip.
Just as much as needed to eliminate the play between rockerarm and Trackflip.
Don’t grind off too much material!
The best way is to grind a bit off, then check for play and then grind down some more, if needed.

fk3chung did not order a assembly kit. He bought a bike en bloc - already assembled by Canyon.
Maybe this is no bug but a feature to get to know your new bike.

As I said:
Production tolerance. Ever heard of it?
AND: It seems he rode his bike a few times and the play began to start after it. Not from the beginning on. So how could Canyon fix a problem that doesn't exist, when the bike is built up?
Canyon bikes are build up exactly the same way, as other brand's bikes. I heard they do a test ride with every bike, before they are shipped. They even ship 90% build up. (You can see this in severals YouTube videos) If you receive a bike in a box at your local bike shop from another brand, the mechanics need approx. 45 to 60 mins for a proper assembly.
PS.:
I don't like the fact, that he asks Canyon, gets a totally correct answer, comes here afterwards and behaves like nobody knows a thing at Canyon, before he tryed as suggested.
Just because the suggestion sounds a bit strange to him(!).
But be aware..:
This is just my opinion. No offense to anyone!

the loose was fixed when i replace on the frame
