Bei Stahl war es bis Dato immer so das Prototypen im Umlauf waren. Da man noch kein Fatbike gesichtet hat denke ich das es wohl in nächster Zeit nichts geben.

Ja, die Jungs von Nordest haben mir die RAL-Nummern gegeben. Das Gelb am Rahmen ist aber nen Tic dunkler....evtl. schon etwas nachgedunkelt. [emoji848]

Nordest Sardinha Kit (frame + fork)

One of the ancient occupations of the inhospitable Nordeste (Portugal) was that of the almocreves; austere merchants who carried their saddlebags with goods to supply the Trasmontanos from village to village.

One of the typical products they carried was sardinhas (sardines). Very famous also outside the country, the Portuguese sardinhas travelled through Trás-os-Montes countless times on the back of pack animals led by the almocreves.

Frame
We have been inspired by these noble merchants to design the Nordest Sardinha, a bikepacking created to go to the end of the world (and come back in one piece). Here the philosophy is to enjoy every pedalling, to discover the landscape and the people that the trip offers us, to contemplate the stars in some remote place, and the next morning to roll up the sleeping bag to continue the adventure.

The Nordest Sardinha is a machine to taste kilometers, comfortably, without haste, without problems, with our baggage well secured and weights distributed optimally, keeping low the center of gravity.

The adventurer Sardinha is designed to run autonomously on dirt tracks for many days, with the safety, comfort and convenience offered by a double butted CRMO 4130 tubing frame and modern safety geometry thanks to the head tube angle and the short chainstays. Many travellers have tested the prototypes and agree in highlighting the incredible comfort of its geometry, how well it climbs and how confident it is, even in difficult descents.

The frame can accommodate plus wheels for extra traction and flotation: 27.5 “+ up to 3.0″, 29 “, and 29″ + up to 2.6 “. With regard to the fork, the kit includes a rigid chromoly steel fork matching the frame. The Sardinha is prepared to fit all types of supports, bags, saddlebags, mudguards and accessories you can imagine.

Fork
This rigid fork is engineered for our Nordest Sardinha frame and is compatible with any frame designed for 100 mm. travel fork, can accommodate a 29 x 3.0″ tire with ease, and is the perfect choice for many 29er frames.

The Sardinha 110 fork dropouts were specifically designed and manufactured to deal with the forces that such a long fork will endure with large tyres.

Guide rails are available to install a disc brake, as well as holes for front rack mounting and Three-Pack on both sides of the fork.

QR 15×110 thru-axle included with the fork.

Das ist aus einer Outdoor Vinylfolie ausgeplottet und dann mit Transferfolie aufgebracht. Hält erfahrungsgemäß ganz gut (habe das am Motorrad, Snowboard, usw schon vielfach gemacht)

Das Bardino hat 31,6. Würde jetzt behaupten das dass Sardinha das gleiche Maß hat. Ich mach mich noch mal schlau....

Warum beim Bardino nur 29"? Was ist mit Mischbereifung 29/27,5+?

Warum beim Bardino nur 29"? Was ist mit Mischbereifung 29/27,5+?

Ich würde dann in einen neuen LRS investieren wo ich bequem 2.6 in 29 fahren kann. Der jetzige ist ja schmalbrüstig und war auch nur zu Testzwecken gekauft. Ich denke das die Reifenauswahl mit entsprechend stabiler Karkasse für 29er größer/besser ist. Der Komfort wird sich dann sicherlich annähern.....

Zum Cruisen und Touren würde ich beim Sardinha gerade auch weil komplett starr, B+ bevorzugen.

B+ mit 160mm Federgabel ist definitiv nicht nötig......

Ich muss aber noch unbedingt in den Deister um das alles Bergab noch mal zu testen.

Die Frage war wohl damals 29+ und 29er oder 29er und B+ mit ein wenig 29+

Bikepacking ist ja eher Nische, Bikepacking mit 29+ die Nische in der Nische.

Geo,Tretlagerhöhe usw., für irgendwas muss man sich dann entscheiden.

Wenn man sich das Sardinha mit Federgabel aufbaut und sich nicht an den Ösen stört ist es sicherlich auch ein spaßiges Trailbike.

Da hat man mit B+ und 29er eine breitere Käuferschicht.......

so meine Mutmaßung
