WTP Addict 06

Hello everybody. Does anybody have WTP Addict 06 or WTP Daredevil 05? I just want to know those bikes plus and minus. How are they? Are they good or not? What about those bikes parts, are they stong? Does on WTP Daredevil 05 the rear and front rims chrome and how about Addict?

i've never ridden the 06 addict, but i own the 05, and it's really a great bmx on this price level.
the 06 addict is even better than the one from 05, the price is 50€ higher, but i think you wont do any mistakes buying the new addict.

I just tested the 2005 Addict and was quite nice for a starter bike. I know a few people that raide it and it holds up great. Most of them upgraded it with a cassette hub, but it's not necessary.
The 2006 version is lighter, I don't know if they changed parts, but they reducd the tube diameter and I like the 05 frame more than the new one, but that is just my personal opinion.

All I can say is that the Addict is a solid starter bike. Go for it.

I suppose it will be quite a bit heavier than the wtp addict 06, does anybody know the exact weight?

Then again, unlike the new addict it has got 14mm/48h wheels front and rear and a steel sprocket. And it's cheaper....

hi, the crank is very strong but the rear rim is not really strong.But for a starter
it is very good! i´ve upgradet it with a new rear wheel with a casette hub!
at last the main parts are very good and strong. An altenertive bike ist the eastern jane, it might be nice too.

Eastern Element...does anybody know the exact weight?

On the Eastern-Webpage it is said to have a weight of 29 lbs, that are a little bit more than 13 kg.

of course we have, because the brakes are from "tektro". but if you don´t want to buy the addict because of the brake- every complete bike´s brakes are from tektro, but a new brake+lever isn´t very expensive!

the brakes are not the best, but overall i was happy with the quality of the bike. unfortunatly bmxing hurts my bones and i have to sell it look at my signature
