Neuigkeiten aus den USA
Hello Everyone!
I know by the sudden increase in email traffic this weekend that people are getting more and more anxious to get their rotors! I want to thank everyone who has been very patient and cool during this process, which needless to say has taken WAY longer than we had hoped. The good news is that the finish line is in sight, and we are finally about to start shipping on backorders.
We are scheduled to start shipping on most of our current orders within 1 week. Some people who have ordered very recently may have to wait just a few more days since the finished rotors are coming off the line in batches.
I'll go ahead and take this opportunity to let you know of some upcoming things going on at Scrub as well. Of course within a week or two we will be stocked again with 140mm, 160mm, and 180mm discs in both blue and black anodized. We are also getting closer to releasing our own Scrub organic brake pads that we have been working on. The Kool-Stop pads that we've been recommending are readily available and work fairly well, but expect a noticeable improvement in overall performance when our pads are finally ready. This is something we're very excited about since we've gotten great response already, and this will only make our rotors that much better.
Finally, we are in the very early, brainstorming phases of designing a Scrub wheelset or disc hubset, as well as a complete brake system. If you've ever wished you could have some input on features, specs, or finishes that you'd like to see from the bigger companies, know is your chance! Feel free to send us your "wish list" for the perfect wheelset, disc hubset, or braking system and let's see what kind of dream products we can come up with. We are committed to the providing the best parts money can buy, so we also want to make sure our ideas are inline with what our customers want.
Thanks again to everyone for all of your support, and we are excited to hear what kind of feedback we get when we finally get these backordered rotors out into the world!
