Also praktisch alles

I fitted this to my Cannondale Super V and its working great but you have to be prepared to do a little metal work.
First you have to understand how the adapter is supposed to work. The flat plate part of the drop out is supposed to be clamped between the black body of the adapter on the inside of the frame and the chrome plate on the outside of the frame. The two clamping bolts at the bottom are supposed to come below the dropout.
The rear triangle that forms the floating part of the rear suspension is short (not tall) on the Super V compared to many designs which means the stays (tube from centre of back wheel up to the mount point for the shock) are at a very shallow angle. This means the adjustable rest/cam (bit sticking out on top left of wiggle picture) can not be made to contact the stay as designed. So instead I have the mount tilted back further away from the stay which means the bottom left (on the wiggle picture) clamping bolt hole comes over the top left of the drop out lug. I filed away part of the top of the drop out lug which allowed the centre hole for the quick release on the mount to align over the centre of the original dropout hole. I drilled a whole through the top left of the dropout, just large enough to take the clamping bolt for the bottom left bolt on the adapter. I had to carefully saw off and file flat, half the dept of the boss on the black plate so that leg of the black plate would lie against the inside of the dropout.
Hopefully the uploaded photo helps!
The only niggle with this arrangement is that black body of the mount which has two legs that run down to the bottom bolt clamp holes are are supposed to run parallel to the dropout slot, but in my case they how cross the drop out slot slightly which makes getting the wheel in and out fiddly but doable.
