Uhm, I am not a big biker myself, some of the forum members put it on their helmet already but I am not sure how. Niteye is working on a helmet mount and hope it will be available as soon as possible.

Helmmontage ohne Basteln ist nur eingeschränkt möglich,
durch die dicke Schraube der Befestigung kann man die Lampe nicht weit genug drehen. Zumindest bei meinem Helm leuchte ich maximal kurz vor das Rad.

Meine Frage bezieht sich eher auf die Kabellänge. Wo kommt bei Helmmontage der Akku hin? Rucksack? Trikottasche?

Von der Kabellänge passt es bei mir locker wenn ich den Akku oben in das wasserdichte Wertfach von meinem Camelbak packe.

The extension cable is "under making", it will be 50 cm in length, as soon as it is available I will let you know.
Seperate battery pack is available, suggested price is 39 Eur, forum price is 35 Eur.
