Was mich mal in den Wahnsinn trieb, war, dass sich beim Festziehen der Schraube der Bremssattel durch das Festziehen verschoben hat.

Wie hast Du das Problem gelöst?

Beim Festziehen des Bremssattels mit irgendeinem Daumen gegenhalten. Das reicht bei mir. Es betrifft auch nur die vordere Schraube; vielleicht sollte ich den Kopf fetten. Offenbar reibt der auf der vorderen Seit mehr als auf der hinteren, was dann den ganzen Sattel Richtung Rad nach innen dreht.

Glückwunsch zum Finden Deines Problems. Ich muss meine Hinterachse auch gehörig festknallen, sonst knackt sie unter Last oder beim Springen. 10nm reichen da nicht. Da das aber ein relativ grosses Gewinde ist, mache ich mir relativ wenig Sorgen.

Thanks, that's a good tip. I imagine that with the fork service and the purchase of this fork upgrade kit, I'll quickly reach a price range where buying a newer fork might be worthwhile. Do you know if all RockShox forks with a 3P remote will work with the Twinlock on the 2022 Scott Pro, or will I have to switch to this new shifter at some point?

Yes the Rockshox 3P remote forks will work with the Twinlock on your bike. I tried the Rockshox Ultimate Twistloc and like it but that is a personal preference. I then fitted a Shimano dropper lever. You could do a fork service yourself and fit the new damper...it just screws in the same way. However, as you say, with the 2024 Ultimate being on sale it would be tempting to buy that instead.
I am 179cm tall so an L fits me well. Most recommendations say that if you are near or at the top end of a size, get the larger frame.

It will work with your Twinlock. A very good price...and you can upgrade the damper to the Raceday 2 later on if needed
