Ach, falls jemand, wie ich, beim Rahmenkit überlegt, was er für ne Gabel in sein Patrol schrauben soll, folgende Antwort von TransitionBikes zum Federweg:
"Thanks for your message. We've designed and tested these bikes with the according specs and geo, intended travel and components. We generally say increasing travel by 10mm is fine, but anything more we strongly discourage, since that effectively changes the geometry of the bike. Going up to 180mm will raise the entire front end of the bike, slacken the headangle, raise the bottom bracket, and put more pressure on the headtube, which could all lead to warrantee and/or safety issues. If you need more travel I'd suggest looking into the TR500. I don't think you'll find you really need more travel though, as the Patrol is already a do-it-all machine. Have a blast!"
