Brake lossing performance after being wet

I ride a kona park operator with Sram guide rsc 200mm rotors sinterd pads my problem is when the pads get wet they lose performance when the pads dry up again the barely work doesent matter how long i dry them and are noisy im Sure its dry becouse i removed the pads it seems like the water has the same affect like wd40 does anyone know how to fix it

1. I do not beleve, that water will have the same effect as WD-40..
2. It is actually quite normal that wet breaks lose some power..
If you have non original breakpads, just use the original ones?

i the pad a loud and have no power they are probably contaminated.
Maybe the water washes of some grease from somewhere on the bike and then gets on the breakdisc.
