Laut weightweenies wiegt z.b. n 2.35er High Roller in 42ST 1242g.

Yes it is somewhat heavy. The single ply 40a is amazing for grip and lighter but the sidewalls are too thin and you will pinch flat all of the time. Any other Maxxis compound, even the 42a "Super Tacky" is not worth it. The 40a SR compound is the best tire out there at the moment, even better than the Michelin. The Try All Sticky tire might be a good. I am ordering one tomorrow to replace my worn out Minion so we will see...
The 2.35 version is also available in dual ply, isn't it?
Minion DH R 2.35 60DW wire DPC SR/40a 1160g.
