das ist die Info die ich von Brad Copeland (Specialized Mechaniker) nach der Frage wie Kulhavy die Gabel/Brain fährt:
He runs about 90 psi (we make small changes based on course conditions) in a
rockshox sid World Cup fork, I assume that's what you've got
In general you want about as fast of s rebound setting as you can without it pushing you up and off the saddle or giving a pogo feel in the front end but it's a by if a rider preference
When we race we run the brain at full firm
If you aren't racing maybe a few less PSI, around 80-85, or you could experiment with the
rockshox bottomless tokens which cause the fork to ramp up more toward the latter end of the compression stroke so the fork has a hard time bottoming out
For example nino schurter runs 3 tokens, and about 70 psi in his fork (basically the same as kate courtney who runs 65-70 with no tokens) because it'sn ice and soft in the top third of the stroke before really firming up as things progress toward the bottom end
That's kind of a new thing for xc forks and it's a cool tuning feature. I run one single token in my own fork. Jaro runs one also in his.
