A few changes/additions that I have made from stock RC Pro L that may be of interest.
Tried the Tofino saddle (more of a sit in feel) but preferred the Belcarra (in black).
XTR FC-M9125-1 175mm crankset (to maintain 55mm chain-line with 2 x 3mm spacers on non-drive side and 1 x 3mm on drive side), 32t SM-CRM95, XTR SM-BB94-41A. Slight weight (around 80gms) increase but more reliable overall. BB easy to fit dry and no creaking.
XTR CN-M9100 chain. Best price to longevity ratio.
RockShox SID Fender 35mm C1+/2021 V3. Needs longer bolts (12mm M3) than was supplied.
RockShox Charger Race Day 2 Damper Upgrade 3-Position Remote Lockout SID from My 2021+ (C1+) 35 mm. An overall improvement and lighter (around 100gms). The RL3 custom Charger was not locking out properly which is a known weakness for some units.
Rockshox remote TwistLoc Ultimate 3P (I prefer it to the Twinlock) The included textured grips are excellent and easy to fit with some denatured alcohol.
Shimano SL-MT800-IL seat post dropper lever. 7mm pull is fine for the Fox Transfer Elite.
Elitewheels 29er Pro36 carbon wheelset with their in-house Pro hubs. 300 gm weight reduction and 36t ratchet. Excellent quality and have not needed any truing.
Maxis 29X2.40WT EXO/TR Forecaster tyres. Excellent all season tyre.
Jaqwire LEX SL housing with STS-EL inner cable.
Shimano Optislick polymer coating on inner wire started to fray and restrict movement.
Syncros L tool bottle and Taylor 1.0 LH. Great way to carry essential tools in included pouch.
Elite water bottle in S/S. Has a cover over the spout to keep it clean (Bought at
Decathlon).
Towild BR1000 front light with wireless remote. I have to use some country lanes to get to my local trails.
Garmin Explore 2. Good battery life. Cannot transfer routes developed on-line directly but needs the
Garmin app on your phone that is linked to the
Garmin. I use Komoot and transfer is pretty straight forward. You can have Komoot directly on the Explore 2 main menu now.
