Fur Epic 8 aber auch fur WC, von meine Post am MTBR:
See also this post for q-factor and chainline for
SRAM:

Summarized, the Epic 8 works with either 168 or 174 q-factor cranks with either a 52 or 55mm chainline:
Dub Wide axle (black, 174 q-factor) + 3mm offset chainring = 55mm chainline
Dub SL axle (silver, 168 q-factor) + 3mm offset chainring = 52mm chainline
Dub SL axle (silver, 168 q-factor) + 0mm offset chainring = 55mm chainline
Eagle: 52mm chainline (crankset+chainring combo)
Transmission: 55mm chainline (crankset+chainring combo)
PS: Note that the chainring offset moves the teeth inwards, not outwards!
PS2: See Specialized manual for max chainring size for each chainline.
PS3: See
SRAM bottom bracket manual for spacers for each crankset.
Some bikes (Scott Spark 2022 of a friend comes to mind) have been delivered with a 55mm chainline and Eagle so that seems to works too. The other way around (Transmission with 52mm chainline) may be less advisable.
Transmission uses an (outwards) offset cassette of 2.5mm vs ‘regular’ Eagle. People have been shimming their Eagle cassettes to move them outwards so they can use Transmission derailleurs. This reduces the interface overlap between XD driver and cassette on both ends so may not be the best idea.
