Nun ist es soweit
Heute fertig zusammengebaut und meine zusätzlichen respektive anderen Teile montiert.
Der erste Endruck ist schon mal sehr gut @Blinkie das waren lohnt sich, auch wenn es echt die Nerven strapaziert!
Und den ersten Sturz hatte ich auch schon Braucht halt etwas Zeit am Anfang sich an ein neues bike zu gewöhnen. Vor allem die 29‘ sind Neuland für mich, aber sehr geil vom ersten Eindruck her
Am Donnerstag gehts dann voraussichtlich auf die erste zweitages Tour

Hmmm… Sturz war leider doch schlimmer als gedacht: Innenband am Daumen gerissen oder stark überdehnt und der Arm wurde gerade genäht
Aber keine Sorgen, dem bike geht es GUT
(und ich hoffe mal, dass ich in einer Woche wieder fahren kann)

I feel you. This is a lot of bad luck in one heap

DHL ->
Out of my last 2 international deliveries with DHL, they managed to f**k up 2. And they f**ked up really hard, first damaging the cardboard box and needing to repack (which they did badly - at least the contents survived by sheer luck), then on delivery demanding payment of a big amount of money (unannounced and unjustified), not responding, being extremely unpolite, denying any responsibility for their obvious mistakes, and brazenly demanding even more money as "service fees" for correction of their own mistakes. In the end I had to chase them several month for my money back in both cases. The last delivery from UK was especially bad, DHL seems to be completely unable and incompetent to cope with Brexit requirements and customs procedures.

Now that the parcel goes back to Last anyway, try to make them use another carrier for the next try. They are all bad, but DHL is the worst, regarding international shipments.

UPS seems to work better, even GLS is a better carrier to get stuff into britain right now.

edit: Just read in a differnet topic that problems wiith GLS are getting more and more with CRC deliveries....

Just spoke to @last-bikes.com they say is not possible to send other than DHL and the say not possible to do Express courier.

Anyone want a 175 glen frame raw plus with coal linkage and DHX2 shock? You can pick up in Dortmund

UPS works good but for those big packages the prices is often a lot higher than with DHL. Maybe thats the problem, that Last cant get a comparable price with a different parcel service.
