Wheelset is in process being built as we speak, I hope to have my ML8 ridable by next week or early February.

Just got a provisional date of when my wheels are done: next Thursday.

im Handbuch steht nix davon.

If you serviced the damper side, you need to pressurize it again. Fill the damper with 95cc's of oil and then cycle it a few times. Then pump it according the tuning chart, I pumped my DUC damper up to 110psi:

Just got a mail back from him, this was his response:

"They use the same base cap on both sides.."

Makes perfect sense to me! AKA: you don't have to touch it or anything, it's only a dummy valve. they did this to cut costs.

DUC owners: if you haven't messed around with your shim stack, you don't know what you're missing! I replaced all the shims in my DUC with 0.1mm thick ones (21/15/12) and it completely transformed my fork. No spiking and VERY supple!

I'm gonna ask Ethan about that, I think they're the same as on the Mavericks.

Do you mean the two smooth bolts that go into the pivots?

Got a mail back: 150$!

They're this expensive because they are NLA (Subaru term for No Longer Available) and Ethan machines them themself instead.

Completely understandable, Maverick/Palomino parts are rare and expensive!

That's the DeKlein kit. And no, 150$ is for the bolts alone!

da ich mir nicht getraut habe, meine vordere Hügi 240 auf Maverick-Achse umzubauen,
habe ich mir vom Sintesi Bazooka einfach die hintere Nabe genommen
SUZUE 12 Loch Disk 12x135 mit eigens angefertigter V2A-Achse

und ich könnte noch einen hinterbau gebrauchen, da ich die Disk-Aufnahme verändert anschweissen lassen möchte, Danke

No lockdown means oil loss/too little oil. Rattling might be a loose negative spring.

It may take a while though before I order all that stuff, had a small setback that has a bigger priority than bike stuff.
